Hello and welcome to Castlereagh Amateur Boxing Club. Within this website you will find all the information, advice and inspiration you need to join one of Northern Ireland's best amateur boxing clubs.

Whether you are looking to get fit, build confidence or just meet new friends we hope the site will help you find out a little more about us.

The club is open to both juniors and seniors with four fully trained coaches ready and willing to teach you the best possible skills and training techniques available.

We are very proud of our facilities at Castlereagh ABC which include:

• A state of the art 18ft competition standard boxing ring

• 8 punch bags

• a focus master and uppercut trainer

• a weights room

• cardio workout machines

we also have a kitchen and waiting room for the parents, so you can enjoy a cup of tea while your little one has fun!!
